Refund policy

We understand that all skin is unique and we are here to support you in finding the right products for your skin concerns. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your item.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@elloraorganics.com. Please include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Ellora.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card company/bank to process the refund.
